Pay: $12.25/hr, monthly incentives, eligible for quarte
Description: Location: Westerville. A retention specialist answers incoming calls from members who are calling to discontinue their membership, have billing questions, or benefit inquiries. - Make scripted resale efforts in order to retain the member - Up-sell and/or cross-sell other membership products - Organize, access and comprehend product information - Access, read and comprehend information on the computer terminal.
Requirements: • High school diploma required • Six months or more of customer service experience • PC experience • Previous sales experience preferred • Good decision making and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently
